Business Freight Support
Ongoing quote support for companies with regular air freight and airport-side cargo needs across the U.S.
If your company ships by air regularly, quoting each shipment from scratch takes time on both sides. Business freight support is for companies with recurring air cargo: the same lanes every week, regular replenishment, or seasonal programs that repeat.
Tell us about the pattern, and we review options for it rather than one shipment at a time.
Plan around your regular lanes
Share the airports or cities you ship between, how often, the typical size and weight of a shipment, and the delivery times you need to hit. With that picture we can look at the options for each lane and point out where a different origin airport, a regular pickup day or a change in packaging would help.
When volumes change, for a new product or a seasonal peak, let us know ahead of time. More notice means more options.
Keep shipments consistent
Regular shipments go smoothly when the details stay the same: standard carton or pallet sizes, consistent labels and complete paperwork. We can flag the details that slow shipments down at the terminal, so they can be fixed once rather than on every shipment.
Review the lanes from time to time. Air cargo capacity and carrier charges change, and an option that was best last quarter may not be the best now.

How a request works
- Step 1
Send the details
Use the quote form: origin and destination, the cargo, its pieces with dimensions and weight, and the date it is ready.
- Step 2
Get a reference
You get a written reference number as soon as the request is in.
- Step 3
A coordinator reviews it
A coordinator reviews every request. Response time: Business hours: within 30 minutes · After hours: within 60 minutes.
- Step 4
Choose an option
We share the options available for your cargo and dates, with what each one includes, and set up the shipment you choose.
What to send us
- Origin and destination: airports, or full addresses if you need pickup or delivery
- Number of pieces, and whether they are loose cartons, crates or pallets
- Length, width, height and weight of each piece
- What the cargo is, and whether it is high-value
- The date the cargo is ready, and any delivery deadline
- Loading details: dock or liftgate, appointments, receiving hours
Air freight is priced on chargeable weight, so dimensions matter as much as weight.
Work out the chargeable weightDangerous goods
Some cargo is regulated as dangerous goods in air transport. The quote form asks whether your shipment contains any of these:
- Lithium or sodium batteries (alone, installed, or packed with equipment)
- Fuel, aerosols, compressed gas, or chemicals
- Magnetized material
- Dry ice
Any yes, or "Not sure", sends the request to a coordinator for review before we confirm options. Undeclared dangerous goods can be refused or delayed.
