Shipments to fulfillment centers

Fulfillment centers often have their own receiving rules: delivery appointments, carton and pallet labels, pallet height limits and paperwork. Tell us the receiving requirements with your request so the delivery leg can be planned to meet them.

Cartons can move loose or palletized. Loose cartons are counted and handled piece by piece; pallets are built and wrapped before pickup. Which is better depends on the number of cartons and the receiving site.

Batteries and other products to declare

Many consumer products contain lithium batteries: phones, wearables, power tools, toys and personal care devices. Aerosols, perfumes and some cosmetics can also count as dangerous goods in air transport. Declare them in the quote form; any declaration goes to a coordinator for review before we confirm options.

For seasonal peaks, ask early. Cargo space is tighter when everyone is shipping at once, and a request with a ready date gives us more options to compare.

What to send us

Origin and destination: airports, or full addresses if you need pickup or delivery
Number of pieces, and whether they are loose cartons, crates or pallets
Length, width, height and weight of each piece
What the cargo is, and whether it is high-value
The date the cargo is ready, and any delivery deadline
Loading details: dock or liftgate, appointments, receiving hours

Dangerous goods

Some cargo is regulated as dangerous goods in air transport. The quote form asks whether your shipment contains any of these:

Lithium or sodium batteries (alone, installed, or packed with equipment)
Fuel, aerosols, compressed gas, or chemicals
Magnetized material
Dry ice

Any yes, or "Not sure", sends the request to a coordinator for review before we confirm options. Undeclared dangerous goods can be refused or delayed.
