Time-Sensitive Freight
Quote support for urgent shipments that require faster airport-based movement and prioritized handling.
Some freight has a deadline that does not move: a part that keeps a production line running, equipment for an event that opens on a set day, samples for a meeting or a launch. When the delivery time matters more than anything else, air freight is often the only practical option.
We quote time-sensitive shipments between U.S. airports, door to door or airport to airport, and we tell you plainly what is possible for your deadline.
Start with the deadline
When you request a quote, give us the latest acceptable delivery time and the place it has to arrive, along with when and where the cargo will be ready. We work back from the deadline: which flights reach the destination airport in time, the cut-off at the origin, and how long the truck legs at each end take.
If no option meets the deadline, we say so rather than quote something that will arrive late. Sometimes a different origin airport or a dedicated truck for one of the legs makes the difference, and we will point that out.
Make the urgent shipment easy to handle
Urgent cargo moves fastest when nothing about it needs a second look. Accurate dimensions and weight, clear labels and complete paperwork avoid delays at screening and at the terminal.
Dangerous goods add review time, even in an emergency. If a part contains batteries, fluids or anything else on the declaration list, declare it up front so the review starts at once.

How a request works
- Step 1
Send the details
Use the quote form: origin and destination, the cargo, its pieces with dimensions and weight, and the date it is ready.
- Step 2
Get a reference
You get a written reference number as soon as the request is in.
- Step 3
A coordinator reviews it
A coordinator reviews every request. Response time: Business hours: within 30 minutes · After hours: within 60 minutes.
- Step 4
Choose an option
We share the options available for your cargo and dates, with what each one includes, and set up the shipment you choose.
What to send us
- Origin and destination: airports, or full addresses if you need pickup or delivery
- Number of pieces, and whether they are loose cartons, crates or pallets
- Length, width, height and weight of each piece
- What the cargo is, and whether it is high-value
- The date the cargo is ready, and any delivery deadline
- Loading details: dock or liftgate, appointments, receiving hours
Air freight is priced on chargeable weight, so dimensions matter as much as weight.
Work out the chargeable weightDangerous goods
Some cargo is regulated as dangerous goods in air transport. The quote form asks whether your shipment contains any of these:
- Lithium or sodium batteries (alone, installed, or packed with equipment)
- Fuel, aerosols, compressed gas, or chemicals
- Magnetized material
- Dry ice
Any yes, or "Not sure", sends the request to a coordinator for review before we confirm options. Undeclared dangerous goods can be refused or delayed.
